4 cups ketchup
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup Monroy’s Mango Habanero (you can substitute another hot sauce... but I would recommend trying this one)
1 and 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika
1/2 tablespoon ground oregano
1 teaspoon fresh pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon kosher salt
(Stir on high heat until mixed... then simmer for 7 minutes. It can be used hot or after refrigerated... tastes good both ways.)
